The Street Wisdom Stash Box features reproductions of Jerry Garcia’s artwork on each side of the box and a Jerry quote on top, written in his own handwriting, “Find something you love to do and do it.” Street Wisdom is the name of a greeting card set that was used in this decoupage. Below the quote, a 90s photo of gray-haired Jerry playing live catches him in rare form wearing a red T-shirt. On the front, beautiful Bertha, the lady skeleton mascot of the Grateful Dead, is surrounded by roses and matching tie-dye and, flip-side on the back of the box, there’s a 13-point lightning bolt with a sunrise inside.
This cedar box was originally made to hold a bottle of balsamic vinegar called “Fattorie Giacobazzi,” which is engraved on
the inside of the lid and is fun to say. The box smells good and is well constructed with a tight latch that secures it shut. Every box has a secret, this one's is a warning found on the inside of
the box: “Trouble Ahead, Jerry’s in Red.” The Street Wisdom Stash Box is a perfect stash spot that reminds us of Jerry's bright, artistic talents. Dimensions: 6.5” L x 4.5” W x 4” H. This box
found a happy home in Vermont!
